I was born and raised in Romania and moved to the United States in 2011.
I live in California with my husband and two kids.
I like traveling, hiking, coffee, meal prep, and finding simple ways to make healthy eating easier. I also really love soups.
And yes... I still have a sweet tooth.
I’m 49 years old, and I truly believe growing older is a privilege.
My Story
Over time, I gained weight and stopped feeling like myself.
I felt uncomfortable in my body.
I had low energy.
And no matter what I tried, everything felt restrictive.
I was always thinking about dieting…
what to eat, how much to eat, what to avoid.
Until I found a different way.

Method
This is how I eat most days.
• Half starch (potatoes, rice, beans)
• Half vegetables
• Big plates
• No calorie counting
• No restriction
My meals are simple because simple is repeatable.
I follow the same basic formula over and over instead of looking for the next diet, cleanse, or reset.
Because consistency beats perfection.
This is exactly how I lost 80 lbs in my 40s.
